Colour Personality: When Awareness Turns Into Understanding

Our April’s Colour Personality: Art of Connection session was one of those experiences where you could feel the shift happening in real time.

With over 60 people joining live from across North America, the energy in the room was open, curious and deeply engaged. And for me personally, I felt completely in my element again, doing the work I know I’m here to do. I LOVED it!

We explored the 7 colour personalities of the rainbow, connected to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. Not as labels - but as a way to understand how we show up, how we communicate and how we connect.

As the night unfolded, something powerful started happening.

People began recognizing themselves…
their past partners…
their patterns.

From Red’s action-driven energy to Orange’s playful self. From Yellow’s ambition to Green’s heart-centred giving and Blue’s thoughtful communication.
We finished with the intuitive depth of Indigo and the spiritual awareness of Violet each colour opened a new layer of understanding.

Participants shared openly with many identifying as blends of colours, noticing how life experiences like relationships, marriage and loss had shaped how they show up today.

And then came the “AHA” moments.

My messages started coming in during and after the session. Realizations about past marriages, relationship, even family patterns suddenly made sense. People could now SEE the dynamics.

That’s the power of this work.

It brings clarity to what once felt confusing.

We also explored how understanding these personality patterns can shift dating from guessing and overthinking and into recognizing and responding with awareness.

When you understand how someone communicates, what they value and how they process the world you:

👉 Connect differently
👉 Choose differently
👉 Communicate differently

I reminded everyone that this isn’t about becoming one colour.

It’s about learning to “Be the Rainbow” to access the full range of who you are, while becoming aware of the parts that may be blocking connection.

If challenges came up, that’s part of the process.

Growth takes time. Awareness takes courage. Both require patience.

Last night wasn’t about having all the answers.

It was about finally starting to understand the questions.
